ok..havent been blogging for a long time. been bothered to post only when sth happens..if not wun bother to blog..lol. bought new shoes today..yeah! gna test it out soon..haha. its Asics Gel-1110..not so rich to buy the pro ones..lol. cost 117 i think..plus new running socks and a gel insole for my shoe=$155 and a few cents. haha. k lah..i think. plus, i went to see a doc bout my knee the bone there yesterday. the diagnosis-Osgood Schalatter disease. tis disease is about the swelling of the bone below the knee cap. caused by sports..such as running and soccer. cos when u bend u knee, the tendon in between the knee cap and the bone below it, tugs at the bone. so too much tugging at the bone results in it goin outta place, and thus making it protruding out. and the thing is it will continue to protrude until i reach 18 or sth..when the bone at my knee fuses with the shin bone, making it go back to its original position. so guess i have to bear with the pain of accidentally knocking the bone into sth..which hurts badly. but in a small number of cases of osgood schlatter disease, the bone doesn't fuse with the shin bone, and needs to be removed thru surgery. hope mine fuses..lol. if not surgery leh..scary. anyway..needa wear a guard/strap to help protect my injured part to reduce pain and further injury to it. guess i'll be wearing after sch when i play soccer and go track..it looks cool to me. hope i get a black one..which can match with my shoes, which is oso black..haha. overall..tis few wks had a mixture of gud and bad happenings. gd things lyk a small paint war we had during class banner session..and others. bad was lyk miscommunication between my parents and i, resulting in me feeling damn down. today's dinner with parents and sis made it feel lyk we are a happy family..with jokes being played on each other. haha. if only we are tis happy everyday..lol.
