had church session today.
kinda brought back the true meaning of christmas.
yeah. it was nice.
brings me back to the simplicity of things
and how its a lil sad that christmas is like a commercialised event now without meaning.
yeah. and most of us fall into the same thinking.
even me at most times. sigh.

chilled with mark afterwards.
kinda nice to have some chat, just sittin down eating and drinking a lil
talking bout stuff. yeah. always enjoyed that.
beats aimless walking around town. haha.

was on com for quite awhile
checking out john mayer and others as usual.
been gettin stuck with this particular song for awhile now.
guess i'll leave y'all with this. should check out the song itself. really.

alrite..had 2e1'06 chalet ystd.
lotsa fun. haha.
acting dumb, jamming on the guit a lil, bbq-ing, wii-ing, etc.
great stuff.
it was a lil bitter-sweet to leave the chalet for me. haha.
enjoyed myself alot, but then again i wonder,
when will i see them again?
perhaps O's results day?
okay, after that day, guess most wouldnt really see each other again
except for a close few.
makes one look back at the 4 years of sec sch life again. hah.
oh well. great and memorable journey with ups and downs.
no regrets at all.

was kinda caught up a lil by some blues vids just now.
power...
sweet riffs and licks.
wonder how long more i need to be 1/2 of them. haha.
hopefully 1 year from now?
heh. blues simply rocks.
kinda pressurising to play blues,
so many pros out there, and its a whole new genre.
mind-blowing. haha.

okay short post for now.
needa head off to cut hair. haha.
my hair's thick like a helmet. hahaha.

well its been awhile since i blogged.
nothing much significant really happened actually.
some thoughts, some outings during this time i guess.
perhaps the only significant thing that happened to me,
was getting my new guitar.
its an ibanez acous/elec, just like my black one. yeah.
means its an acous that can be plugged into the amps and stuff.
i havent got totally used to the ibanez yet, with its diff sound from my black one.
but yeah..im still glad for the change. i'll try to make the best of the new guitar i now have.
but i'll sure miss my black one. its been my closest companion for the past 2 years i must say.
when im feelin down and having some moody thoughts that cant be said, the guitar's been there.
i must say, its better than humans in some ways.
the guitar hasnt really let me down, and was there when i needed it. hah.
makes me sound so boring, like my whole life is guitars.
but no, i just that me being able to play it is really a gift from above.
i cant find something else that im so devoted about,
or something that i can do better in besides guitar.

so i'll bring my black suzuki to the class chalet.
changing the strings to dark red and blue soon. real cool.
wanted dark green (christmas, u see), but the greens that were available werent really nice.
so yeah, blue's good too. heh.

had some naggin thoughts running thru my mind as usual
but i just told myself to let everything be and just be grateful for the way things are.
how im grateful to know the great people (friends, family, etc)
how im just happy to be perfectly normal.
this gratefulness came from watching a documentary ystd
about this indo man, called the "half man half tree"
how much he suffered, without complaining.
it just brings me back to the simplicity of life.
how beautiful things originally are, without all the hustle and bustle of urban life.
just being surrounded by great friends and family.
where love and care are on everyone's minds, no negative influences.
its great man.
but thinking back now, its a little hard to achieve this huh.
thus again i tell myself to try and be the best person i can be.
sure, i falter at times i know that myself.
but maybe just be all the good that i can.
its the little bit i can do to allow myself to live peacefully (no dislikes with any1)
heh. its nice to write this out.
reminds myself of the good stuff in my life and looking positively.
maybe this beats writing negative thoughts and happenings.

guess i'll just leave unhappy stuff to my guitar.
i think its the best comfort. hah.

hmm, gna ciao now.
hopefully i can get my pay from working in IT fair soon.
needa repay my mum from her helping me to pay for my guit.
but then again, i need some money to get a good present for dad,
which i havent done so. Bad me. heh.
