trying not to use vulgarities man...but im bloody worried bout friday...

its the bloody x-country..and i havent been running for 9 days already. whaddafark.
i din noe its tis friday till pang told me. i still think its next wk..but time passes super fast.
its here..6 days more. fook.

i dun wna let falcon down. i dun wna let my frens down. i dun wna let myself down.
pls let me finally hav the motivation to train hard, God. i've been letting myself down by not running regularly. pls help me now. ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

worried already..all my fault man. bloody shit.

will i be able to get into top 20?
why din falcon choose keith as their track&field captain??
